We build better models of you than you have of yourself. The goal is true 1:1 individual alignment for every human extending their cognition and agency with artificial intelligence. Growth like this creates an opportunity most companies never get: more users to support than hands to support them. It's your job to fight for the users. The Job You are the technical resource for everyone integrating Honcho into their products, their workflows, and their agents. Three things, on a loop: Build the collateral. Reference integrations, demos, and templates that show what Honcho does across different modalities and stacks. Build it once for one customer; it becomes the adapter, example, and doc for the next hundred who fit that pattern. Implement it with customers. Take a base template and customize it to their use case. You own the account end-to-end, from introduction to implementation. Then build the evals with them, so they can measure that Honcho is working instead of taking our word for it. Keep it moving. Triage inbound, track where every customer actually stands, and follow up until they've shipped. You own the CRM. If a conversation is stalled, you're the person who knows and the person who unsticks it. Beyond that loop, you'll build the internal tools, agents, and skills that make the loop faster next quarter than it was this one. You'll operate independently. This role has a lot of surface area and not a lot of supervision, but you're not on an island. You'll work closest with DevRel, GTM, and the co-founders, who are on the front lines with you. What you learn in the field feeds straight back into what we build next, and you should have the range to work on Honcho itself when we need you there. You Logos and tenure don't move us. What have you built, and who won because of it? This role carries the same technical bar as our core engineering roles. The difference is that you'll spend your time in other people's codebases instead of ours, and you'll be the one running the conversation while you're in there. Real technical depth. A solid computer engineering foundation: degree, work experience, serious projects, we don't care which. We care that the fundamentals are actually there. You can grok a complex system fast. Dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or system topology, you can build an accurate map of it in hours, not weeks. You've shipped products. Things outside users depended on, not internal widgets. Breadth. You can embed at any layer of the stack, front-end to DevSecOps, and be useful immediately. You communicate well. You can run a call with an external partner, hold the relationship over months, and write clearly about both. You PM yourself. Nobody hands you a prioritized queue. You work out who needs you most this week and why, you keep your own roadmap, and you report on it before anyone asks. You're a strong agent operator. You know how to use agents to leverage skills you already have, without letting them generate endless slop. You're obsessed with customer outcomes. This isn't "stakeholder management." It's every user winning, and you take it personally. You bias for action. You'd rather pair on the fix during the call than file a ticket. High conviction.
